The goal of this study is identifying opportunities and utilizing them due to developing Babolsar township marine and beach sports.Mixed research method has been done in two levels qualitatively and quantitatively.In qualitative level the opportunities have been determined in qualification level by semi-structured interview and then a questionnaire has been codified and it distributed among 25 human samples.In quantitative level in three rounds by Delfi method, as in first and second round the answer of questions was in type of yes or no questions and in third round, the questionnaire has been distributed in 5dimensions among samples with the 5-point Likert value.Statistical society includes professional of physical education and science sport,masters of tourism,masters of economic,province and township youth and sport department, coaches and national heroes of marine and beach courses.Friedman Test has been used In order to analyze data from SPSS software and rank the dimensions and variables. The findings shows that the geographical-tourism and infrastructure dimension is the most important dimension in this study which the existence of river and sea and beach has been determined as the most important opportunities in this dimension.The other dimensions have been determined in order of importance in geographical-tourism and infrastructure dimension, economical, human resources, management-communicative and cultural-social. It has been suggested to sport managers of the country and Mazandaran province due to determined opportunities reference of dimensions according to the ranks in this study and similar studies proceed to utilize them in order to develop marine and beach sports of Babolsar Township.

This study aimed to evaluate the Strengthening and developing tourism, and active Sports Tourists Factors with the theme of Caspian Sea coastal tourism. The present study is descriptive-survey and carried out on the field-by-field basis. The statistical population was 400 people including all the male staff of TV stations in the provinces of the country and the sample size was determined 196 people based on the statistical population using the Morgan table. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data and its internal reliability was calculated and approved by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.89. The one-sample Kolmogorov–Smirnov test was used to determine the normal distribution of data. Each treatment was analyzed by Friedman, U Man Whitney, and Kruskal-Wallis test and with the help of spss19 software. The findings showed that the natural attractions with the average of 7.13 are the most important Intrinsic absorption and informative factors, media and advertisements with an average of 7.12, which are the most important external tourists ‘attraction factors. Also, external absorption factors were more important than internal absorption factors. According to the results, it is suggested to the managers and authorities to hold celebrations appropriate to the culture of the city to attract the coastal tourists; besides, the natural features of the sea. Informing and advertising about recreation and coastal facilities through media and travel agencies. Also, in the season that the passenger low provides the ground for more tourists’ attraction through the special discounts on beach resorts.

The aim of this study was to investigate the political obstacles to the development of sports tourism coastal in the mazandaran province. This research method was mixed. The statistical population consisted of officials of the province governor, gubernatorial, department of sport and youth as well as officials in the coastal lifeguards and the sampling method was purposive available sampling. In the qualitative section, obstacles were identified by using semi-structured interviews with a sample (n = 18) and interviews stopped after the theoretical saturation. In the quantitative section the findings from the interviews the form of a questionnaire survey were distributed and collected among 384 individuals. The validity and reliability of qualitative section examined by member’s review and re-coding ways. Face validity and content validity of the questionnaire was conducted by experts and factor analysis (KMO=0.8). The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed by Cronbach's alpha (=α0.83). To analyze the interviews was used of Grounded Theory and using the open coding, axial coding and selective coding. In the quantitative section data analysis was used descriptive and inferential statistics (Friedman test). The Findings revealed that lack of appropriate legislation to protect coastal sports tourism, lack of coordination between the various entities concerned, official duties unclear in different parts of the decision-maker and lack of strategic plans and acts of individual taste some of those involved in the development of sports tourism coastal was as the most important obstacles from the perspective of the respondents. .
